权重信息不完全的序数型多属性决策TOPSIS法

摘要: 针对属性权重信息不完全、方案属性值为序数的多属性决策问题,提出一种基于序数信息近似处理的决策方法。定义了序数信息多层次近似处理算法,并据此将方案序数评价值转化为基数;确定备选方案集上的正负理想点,结合权重不完全信息构建方案与正负理想点距离的优化模型;给出一种区间型的方案排序指标,通过区间数可能度的计算比较指标大小,并最终实现方案排序。通过与现有方法的计算结果进行比较,表明了该方法的合理性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the multi-attribute decision making with incomplete weight information and ordinal attribute value,a novel decision making approach based on approximate value of ordinal information was proposed for multi-attribute decision problems.The Multilayer Rank Order Centroid (MROC) algorithm was presented and was used to convert ordinal value of alternatives into cardinal value.The positive and negative ideal points of the alternatives were determined and optimization models of the distance between each alternative and the ideal points were formulated with imprecise weights.An interval index to sort the alternatives was proposed.The ranking was obtained by the calculation of the sorting index based on the possibility of interval number.It was revealed that the proposed method was feasible and effective through calculation of the case study and comparison of the results.
